With her hands she fashions these characters, living remarkable lives with supernatural elements who still seem relatable and humanly flawed. Her plots are out of this world and the one for the book is as usual incredibly unconventional and intricate. But she's never repetitive. If you've ever read a book by Keri Arthur and loved it, read everything she's written. Not only will you not be disappointed but you won't be bored or feel as if you're reading the same thing over and over. If you're a fan of the supernatural, every book Keri Arthur has written is a must have.

I give my rating based on plot, character development, how much emotion a book brings from you do you laugh/cry/love/mourn all of the above, and grammatical accuracy. Also, do I think the title worth buying, would I buy it again, and best of all will I read it again in the future a and this passes with flying colors on all accounts.

Wasn't sure what to expect. Love her later work. This is definitely more romance than urban fantasy - but does a pretty good job of combining them. Overall, though, if you are looking for edgy UF - this book AND series is NOT it. The "star"rating is for the "romance"category. I would give 2/5 for UF.
Love a werewolf in moon heat and Keri Arthur does it the best!
I liked both this book and Beneath a Darkening Moon, they are both well written and creative. I can see bits of the Riley Jensen books that were written later, but these are just unique enough to be interesting.

Another entertaining read from Keri Arthur. This Ripple Creek series must be before the Riley Jensen, Guardian series because the wolf shape-shifters clothes don't shred when they shift shape. LOL I don't agree that the wolves in either series are werewolves. Werewolves only change on the night of the full moon. The wolves in her books are shifters, not werewolves. Just my opinion.
Love Keri Arthur. Great book, loved the story line. Although the lead character "Neva" got on my nerves because she kept second guessing Duncan's intentions. I also felt that she repeated her feelings too much. Keri Arthur, repeats characters feeling and doubts constantly in her books. I feel I'm able to grasp it the first time. Would make sense if they were new feelings and showed the character growing.
The first book in the series. Her sister is hurt and she will find out who hurt her and is killing these women. Duncan is entranced when he meets her. He is there for business....pack business....he can't trust her. This series made Riley come about....Which makes this book even better. I love Keri Arthur books. Nice to see what started the path to RIley Jensen.
Keri Arthur is a great writer. I love the Riley Jenson series so much that I wish it hadn't ended already. So, when I found out that this was kind of a pre-series to it, I couldn't wait to read it. Her writing style is smooth and the characters are easy to fall in love with. Seeing the start to the world I loved with Riley, Quinn, and the rest of the gang made me want to reread the Jenson series after these.
